Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You will assist with personal care, promote participation in activities, and help participants meet personal goals with a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and patient with a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participation in community activities and preferred activities.
• Help participants set and work toward developmental goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants and support teams.
• Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and teamwork in daily care duties.

Th/F 3pm-11pm, Every other Sat/Sun 3pm-11pm
