Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a part-time caregiver in Minnesota. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings, assisting with daily living, personal hygiene, and behavioral support.

The role emphasizes compassionate, relationship-building care and enabling participation in community activities. Wage is $18.70 per hour with evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
