We are recruiting group home assistant managers in Aberdeen, Barnegat, Edison, Manalapan, Manahawkin & Toms River, NJ. The Assistant Manager trains and supervises staff, assists with assessments, and attends medical appointments. The qualified candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, a responsible attitude, and reliability. The ability to help with client care and transportation is required. The qualified candidate will share on-call responsibilities with the group home Manager and provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the manager\'s absence.
