Job summary
F45 Training CP007533 is seeking energetic group trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity workouts at our studio. You will guide members through workouts, provide goal-oriented consultations, and ensure exercises are performed with proper form to prevent injuries.

Qualifications
- Group training experience required or demonstrated ability to lead.
- 1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer.
- Must be available on weekends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Coaching and motivating members through predetermined workouts.
- Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members.
- Correct exercise form to prevent injuries.
- Promote and sell F45 services in studio; assist growth and retention.
- Light service desk responsibilities.
- Demonstrate and complete every exercise with proper form.
- Provide regressions and progressions for all exercises.
- Set up, break down, clean and store equipment before/after classes.
