Apex Wellness Group is seeking a Group Fitness Trainer for F45 Training sessions. You will lead high-energy group workouts, coach members, and help maintain studio standards across multiple locations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, community, and delivering exceptional member experiences. Qualifications include 1+ year of fitness trainer experience, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and a nationally recognized fitness cert.

Competenze

• 1-year minimum experience as a personal or group fitness trainer.
• Must have group training experience.
• Must hold CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Must hold or be actively obtaining a nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, AFAA, ISSA, or equivalent).

Mansioni

• Lead and demonstrate F45 workouts with energy and professionalism.
• Provide clear instruction, exercise demonstrations, and movement corrections.
• Ensure member safety while delivering engaging classes.
• Support members of all fitness levels through modifications and progressions.
• Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members.
• Promote and sell F45 services to support membership growth and retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and studio upkeep.
• Attend required in-house training and ongoing education sessions.
