Qualifikationen

• Nationally recognized certification in personal training (NASM/ACE or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience leading HIIT or group training sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and instruct F45 group training classes, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety.
• Provide modifications for various fitness levels and abilities.
• Motivate and engage participants, offering encouragement and positive reinforcement during workouts.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment before and after classes.
• Maintain knowledge of F45 training protocols, exercises, and fitness trends.
• Build relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
