Job summary

F45 Training CP007788 is seeking energetic group fitness trainers to lead our classes, assess member fitness levels, and build a welcoming community within the studio. You will promote the F45 brand locally and help members reach their personal fitness goals.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, deliver dynamic workouts, and collaborate with a supportive team. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus team outings and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer or group fitness instructor.
• Must have a nationally recognized Personal Training Certification.
• Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with members.
• Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology.
• Motivated and passionate about health and fitness.
• Reliable and punctual with attention to detail.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Lead F45 group training classes.
• Ensure members perform exercises safely with correct form; offer modifications.
• Promote energetic environment and greet members by name.
• Inspire members to use all F45 resources to reach goals.
• Focus on membership acquisition and retention; conduct referrals.
• Set up the studio for functional training classes.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
