Job summary

Paramount Exclusive Insurance Services Inc. is seeking a Group Health Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits administration, including quoting, binding, onboarding, and ongoing client servicing.

You will coordinate with carriers, General Agencies, and employer groups to ensure accuracy, timely enrollment, and responsive support. In this role you will gather census data, run quotes, prepare enrollment materials, coordinate open enrollment meetings, train clients on benefits

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or administrative support.
• Knowledge of group health insurance processes and terminology.
• Experience with benefits administration systems such as EASE or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Gather census data from clients to prepare quotes and coordinate quoting process.
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings between clients, carriers, GAs, and internal teams.
• Prepare and organize enrollment materials and plan documents.
• Input and manage enrollment data using EASE/Navigators and verify accuracy.
• Educate clients on benefits platforms and guide lifecycle changes (additions, terminations, modifications).
• Provide day-to-day client service and address inquiries, billing, and coverage issues.
