Job summary

The Hilb Group, LLC in Canton, MA is seeking a motivated Group Enrollment Manager to join our team in-office. You will manage enrollment for group and individual life, disability, dental, cancer and health insurance programs, coordinate with payroll and carriers, and educate employees on benefits.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong presentation and interpersonal skills, understand client needs, and can navigate complex insurance terms while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• Strong presentation and people skills.
• Ability to make timely decisions without specific direction.
• Ability to work effectively with team members.
• Understanding of group and individual clients’ needs.
• Ability to explain insurance terms clearly and handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment of group and individual life, disability, dental, cancer and health insurance programs.
• Satisfy client enrollment needs through presentation, data collection, quotation, application, issuance, and billing.
• Coordinate enrollment meetings and educate employees on benefit offerings.
• Serve as liaison between clients, payroll, and carriers to resolve billing issues.
