Crunch, LLC is seeking a Group Fitness Coordinator to design and manage a dynamic schedule, recruit and develop instructors, and ensure optimal class coverage across clubs. The role emphasizes engaging members and maintaining high-quality classes that drive participation.

The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, and capable of building a thriving fitness community, with a focus on staff coaching and program quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in group fitness or fitness operations.
• Experience as group fitness instructor or coordinator preferred.
• Group Fitness certification and CPR/AED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a balanced group fitness schedule.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach instructors.
• Manage class coverage and minimize cancellations.
• Engage members and promote classes/events.
• Collaborate with club leadership to boost participation.
