Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC, owner of CRUNCH Fitness locations, is seeking a Group Fitness Coordinator to lead all GF activities, manage schedules, recruit and develop instructors, and promote a welcoming environment for members in Westchase, Houston.

The role requires coordinating class offerings, supervising staff, and ensuring high service quality and clean, safe facilities while aligning with CRUNCH brand standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum age 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Respond to member issues in GF program and resolve complaints promptly
• Serve as the main contact for GF and SGT programming at the location
• Recruit, staff and develop instructor team for GF and SGT
• Communicate GF and SGT programming to instructors
• Distribute and maintain class schedules
• Ensure all classes are covered and manage sub procedures
