Job summary

Exos is seeking a motivated fitness professional in Philadelphia to assist with designing, developing, and managing a cutting-edge group fitness program. You will mentor staff and members interested in teaching group exercise and preparing for certification, and help create engaging marketing materials for Group Exercise and Pilates offerings.

You will track attendance, report monthly statistics to the General Manager, and ensure a legendary member experience.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited certification in group exercise is required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience mentoring staff and members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, development, and management of a group fitness program.
• Mentor staff and members pursuing teaching and certification.
• Create and communicate marketing materials for Group Exercise and Pilates offerings.
• Track class attendance and report monthly statistics.
• Deliver excellent member experiences with superior customer service.
• Collaborate with personal training to promote cross-sell.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Participate in meetings and development seminars as required.
