Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking passionate part‑time Group Fitness Instructors to join our dynamic fitness team at a leading client site in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members across formats like dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit, with an hourly wage ranging from $55 to $65 depending on location and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from a nationally accredited program is required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from a recognized organization are required.
• 2+ years of group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise sessions such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
• Deliver engaging classes to members at a leading client site in Jacksonville, FL.

About The Role

Energize your career and inspire others through movement! HealthFitness is seeking passionate part‑time Group Fitness Instructors—including those available to teach one class per week and talented substitute instructors—to join our dynamic fitness team at a leading client site in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $55/hr - $65/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
