Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a PRN Group Fitness Instructor to lead classes and ensure participant safety. Responsibilities include welcoming participants, delivering prepared lessons, and maintaining high service standards in a faith-based health care setting.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ year experience preferred, and CPR/BLS certifications. This role requires flexibility to cover shifts as needed and adherence to organizational safety policies.

Schedule: PRN Shift: Day-Weekend (United States of America) Address: 410 Celebration Pl City: Celebration State: Florida Postal Code: 34747 Job Description: Provides quality classes by preparing lessons in advance and offering classes in accordance with organizational policies. Supervises each participant for safety during all phases of the class and professionally corrects participants as necessary. Greets members and staff with exemplary service and empathy. Reports all incidences or injuries using the proper forms and submits them to the Group Fitness Manager, following up as required. Ensures appropriate coverage of classes in the case of illness, injury, or vacation. Shift: PRN/ As needed to teach group fitness classes. Typically, once a week or more.
