Chuze Fitness in Rialto, CA is hiring Fit Pros to lead high-intensity classes and create engaging wellness experiences for members.

You will schedule classes, bring equipment, and ensure safety while upholding licensing requirements; onboarding and ongoing education required.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and build rapport with others
• Organized self-starter with effective problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to operate basic Audio/Visual equipment
• Excellent team-based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
• Ability to motivate a large group while providing cueing to all fitness levels
• 1 year: Fitness Professional with current, nationally recognized certification

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and community with members through consistent coaching and motivating sessions
• Deliver classes per Chuze guidelines with prepared equipment and music
• Complete onboarding and training before teaching; stay updated
• Maintain gym cleanliness and presentation
• Use feedback from the Fitness Manager to improve sessions
• Pursue ongoing fitness education and keep credentials current
• Communicate and collaborate with staff to meet member needs
• Attend department meetings and promotional events
• Use the Fitness Communication Platform for department communications
