Responsibilities

Lead high-energy classes that build community and confidence.
Deliver an exceptional member experience with consistent schedules and gear readiness.
Complete onboarding and stay updated on class formats and standards.
Engage with leadership to grow skills and member experience.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices for classes.
Collaborate with club teams to support member needs and a positive culture.
Participate in department meetings and events to grow participation.
Provide Free MAX Chuze Membership and Free iChuze Membership.
