Qualifications include 18+ years old, HS diploma, and CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain. Strong customer service and reliability are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Greet members with high energy and provide helpful information.
• Maintain a safe workout environment and monitor equipment.
• Willingness to pass a background check and maintain certification as required.
• Willingness to become CPR/AED certified prior to employment.
• Basic computer skills for sign-ins and check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Planet Fitness group fitness program PE@PF and design simple workouts.
• Greet members and assist with class sign-ups and inquiries.
• Enforce a safe environment during workouts and monitor equipment.
• Evaluate individuals and develop suitable training programs.
• Monitor progress and adapt programs as needed.
• Perform member calls and tours to assess needs and sign-ups.
• Regularly clean and sanitize the club and equipment during shifts.
