Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchisee, is seeking a Fitness Instructor to lead the Planet Fitness group fitness program PE@PF and design simple workout plans for members during classes. You will welcome members, handle check-ins, and assist with sign-ups and inquiries, delivering high-energy service throughout each shift.

The role requires 6–12 months of fitness instruction experience, CPR/AED certification, and a current Nationally Certified Training Certificate.

• Self-starter with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Planet Fitness group fitness program PE@PF and design simple workout programs as requested.
• Greet members/guests and assist with check-ins, sign-ups, and inquiries.
• Enforce a safe workout environment for members at all times.
• Evaluate individuals’ abilities and develop suitable training programs.
• Monitor progress and adapt programs as needed.
