Tom A. Finch Community YMCA in Thomasville, NC seeks a Part-Time Group Exercise Instructor to plan and lead engaging, safe workouts for members, fostering community and health.

You will design routines, monitor safety, and support member relations while upholding YMCA standards. Required certifications and in-house CPR/First Aid, plus background check, are part of the role.

This position offers flexible hours and membership benefits.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess current fitness certification.
• Must complete required online trainings (Bloodborne Pathogens & Child Abuse Prevention).
• Must obtain CPR/First Aid certifications (offered in-house).
• Must complete successful criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Design and prepare group exercise routines meeting safety guidelines.
• Engage members before and after classes to build relationships.
• Start and end classes on time.
• Maintain equipment and keep group exercise area clean.
• Follow branch emergency procedures and participate in trainings.
