• Knowledge of YMCA mission and philosophy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads energizing, safe, and educational group classes as directed to meet YMCA goals.
• Creates a welcoming class environment for all fitness levels and motivates members.
• Answers questions to support members in achieving their wellness goals.
• Maintains attendance records and participates in required trainings and events.
• Follows YMCA policies and responds to emergencies.
