The Group Fitness Coordinator (GFC) is the club leader for all Group Fitness activities, including but not limited to class schedules, instructor schedules, and training. The GFC will promote diversity and acceptance, creating a warm, welcoming environment for members while ensuring the highest quality of service and clean facilities. He or she will demonstrate the ability to meet club targets outlined in the operational plan by motivating, leading, supervising, and coordinating team members engaged in serving our members' needs. The GFC will also demonstrate a thorough understanding of company-wide policies and initiatives to uphold the integrity of the CRUNCH brand.
