Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver group exercise programs to members and guests, fostering an inviting, motivating class experience and building a welcoming community. You will coach pre‑choreographed or freestyle sessions, ensure safety, and connect with participants to drive attendance.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to engage diverse participants, and availability to work on weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a wide variety of people.
• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to creating a community feel within a group session or class.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach group sessions and classes in person or via virtual technology.
• Present classes in a welcoming, encouraging and challenging manner.
• Ensure safety and high-quality delivery for all fitness levels.
• Increase attendance by engaging and motivating participants.
• Find substitutes for classes following company policy.
