Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Group X Coach to deliver engaging group exercise sessions in a hybrid setting, in person at the club or via virtual platforms. You will lead varying fitness levels, ensuring safety and encouraging participation while maintaining high energy and a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, motivation, and consistency in delivering classes, with a focus on building community and supporting members to achieve health goals.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to members.
• Present sessions in welcoming, encouraging and challenging ways.
• Ensure safe technique and guidelines are taught to participants.
• Increase class attendance through engaging teaching and motivation.
• Arrange substitutes for sessions per company policy.
