Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Group X Coach to lead engaging group exercise sessions and foster a welcoming community. You will deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle classes, ensuring safety guidelines and high quality across varying fitness levels.

In this role, you’ll provide excellent service to members, address concerns, and contribute to a clean, organized club environment. Weekend availability and strong motivation are important to success.

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise primary certification.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to a wide range of members.
• Present sessions in welcoming, encouraging and challenging ways.
• Educate members on safe techniques to ensure high quality, safe classes.
• Maintain an average of coaching at least 2 classes per week.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after group sessions.
• Handle member concerns or direct to club management.
• Report broken equipment to club management and recruit new members.
• Start and finish group sessions on time as scheduled.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained club environment.
