Job summary

Planet Fitness – Fitton Clubs in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a full-time Fitness Trainer to join on-site operations. You will lead group fitness sessions, orient new members, and help members achieve their goals within a welcoming Judgement Free Zone environment.

You will design workouts, supervise classes, ensure safety, and support club operations while promoting PF values and a healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must work on-site; not remote.
• Nationally Certified Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or NSCA).
• CPR/AED certification required within specified timeframes.
• Tanning certification within required timeframes.
• Pass background checks and maintain fitness certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new member orientation and teach safe gym usage.
• Design and lead small-group fitness classes aligned with PF standards.
• Provide general fitness instruction and motivation, not 1-on-1 training.
• Promote proper equipment use and a positive atmosphere for all levels.
• Maintain clean, safe workout environment and assist with front desk duties as needed.
