Job summary

Planet Fitness - Fitton Clubs is seeking a motivated Fitness Trainer to join our team in a fast-paced club. You will lead the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF), help new members design goals, and tailor workouts to member needs.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a focus on safety and inclusivity. This position requires CPR/AED and tanning certifications, a background check, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work onsite.
• Nationally Certified Trainer plus CPR/AED certification required.
• Obtain tanning certification within company-required timeframes.
• Pass background check within first week of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new member orientation sessions and teach safe gym use.
• Design and lead small-group fitness classes aligned with PF standards.
• Provide general fitness instruction and group motivation.
• Foster a welcoming, non-judgmental environment for all members.
• Support front desk operations and assist with club events.
