Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new member orientation sessions related to fitness equipment usage.
• Design and lead small-group fitness classes.
• Provide general fitness instruction and encouragement.
• Promote a positive atmosphere that supports members of all fitness levels.

Skills

CPR/AED Certification

Nationally Certified Trainer
