Job summary

Planet Fitness Hammond is seeking a full-time Trainer to lead the PE@PF program, design simple workouts, and instruct members on proper equipment use. You will assist with front desk duties and help members achieve their fitness goals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include running the PE@PF schedule, promoting class sign-ups, updating exercises bi-weekly, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club. Prior trainer certification is required with strong customer service skills.

• Guide members on fitness goals and safe equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups with creative approaches.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates for variety.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk tasks: phones, sign-ups, tours, and info updates.
• Address member questions promptly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
