Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Trainer to lead the PE@PF program and guide members toward their fitness goals. You will design simple workout plans, teach proper equipment use, and support front-desk activities while promoting a welcoming gym environment.

You should be reliable, with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, and hold a fitness trainer certification. This full-time role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Run the PE@PF program and manage the class schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and instruct proper equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups with creative ideas.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist front desk tasks: answer phones, check-in members, sign-up new members, give tours, update accounts.
• Respond to member questions promptly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
