Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Group X Coach to create inviting and motivating group exercise experiences. You will deliver pre-choreographed or freestyle sessions to members and guests in person or via virtual platforms, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, challenged and safe.

You will lead multiple classes weekly, maintain high service standards, assist with equipment and cleanliness, recruit new participants, and collaborate with club staff to provide an outstanding member experience at Valley

Qualifications

• Current approved group exercise certification for taught format.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach group sessions to varied fitness levels.
• Maintain safe techniques and modify as needed.
• Recruit new participants and promote classes.
• Ensure classes start and end on time and maintain club standards.
