The Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium seeks a Group & Family Programs Supervisor to lead the development and delivery of group and family education experiences, including camps, overnights, and scout programs. The role supervises staff and ensures alignment with the zoo's mission.
This position manages program scheduling, resources, training, and evaluation, supports marketing efforts for education programs, and may perform other duties to advance conservation education.
Under general direction, the Group & Family Programs Supervisor is responsible for the organization, development, and implementation of all group & family education programs and experiences. Associated programs include camps, overnights, and scout programs. This position is responsible for supervising group and family staff along with camp programming, while supporting the overall mission and associated education programs of the Kansas City Zoo and Aquarium.
