All In Solutions in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Group Facilitator to deliver therapeutic and psychoeducational groups within the Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) teams for individuals navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

The ideal candidate creates a safe, interactive environment, helps clients build coping skills, and applies evidence-based interventions to support recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in mental health/substance use treatment.
• Experience facilitating therapeutic or recovery-focused groups.
• Familiar with CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care and group therapy.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for mental health and SUD treatment.
• Lead process, relapse prevention, coping skills, emotional regulation, and recovery groups.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, MI, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.
• Prepare and deliver engaging content aligned with program goals and client needs.
• Document attendance, progress notes, and other required clinical records accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and organizational compliance.
