All In Solutions in Kearny, NJ is seeking a Group Facilitator to lead outpatient and intensive programs (IOP/PHP). You will deliver therapeutic group sessions, support recovery skills, and help clients build coping strategies in a structured, supportive setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and at least two years of group facilitation experience, with strong CBT/DBT/MI background and EHR/KIPU proficiency.

Competenze

• Master's degree required in counseling or related behavioral health field.
• Minimum two years of experience facilitating therapeutic groups in behavioral health.
• Proficiency with EHR; KIPU experience strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Design, prepare, and facilitate multiple daily therapeutic, psychoeducational groups for clients in detoxification and residential treatment.
• Deliver evidence-based programming focusing on relapse prevention and early recovery skills.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, MI, 12-Step, and recovery-oriented approaches.
• Maintain safe, inclusive group environment and manage group dynamics.
