Social Recovery Center in Springfield, NJ, seeks a Group Facilitator to lead IOP and PHP groups in the evenings (6:00-9:00 PM). The role focuses on psychoeducational and process groups for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, within a supportive, therapeutic setting.

You will foster a safe environment, build rapport with diverse populations, and support supervision or credentials when applicable.

Formación

• Experience in substance use treatment and mental health settings.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.
• Ability to manage and engage group dynamics.
• Licensure/certification preferred (ACS/CCS).
• Experience with clinical supervision and management is a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Facilitator to lead Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) groups at our Springfield, NJ location. As a Group Facilitator at the Social Recovery Center, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with substance use and mental health disorders through evidence-based treatment and compassionate care.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for mental health and substance use populations in a structured, therapeutic, and engaging environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in substance use treatment and mental health settings, with a focus on group facilitation and population-specific care.

• Relevant licensure/certification preferred (if applicable), with the potential for supervisory opportunities.
