Job summary

Zinnia Health in Rhode Island Pawtucket seeks a Therapist/Group Facilitator to provide behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, including individual therapy and group facilitation, as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

The role involves counseling, developing treatment plans, documenting in EMR, coordinating with families and outside providers, and maintaining licensure while delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, LMHC/LICSW/LPC or related field.
• Must be licensed or license-eligible in the applicable state and able to obtain/maintain license within required timeframe.
• Experience providing individual and/or group behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with assigned clients using evidence-based approaches.
• Facilitate process and psychoeducational groups related to SUD, mental health, and recovery.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation accurately.
