Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Potosi, Missouri, is seeking a Group Facilitator to support the Clinical Team by delivering educational groups, modeling professional conduct, and ensuring adherence to therapeutic processes in a safe, respectful environment.

You will prepare materials, monitor participation, document sessions in the EHR, and report concerns promptly. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, with MAADC credential preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history in related field.
  • Ability to present clinical material clearly to adults.
  • Experience with group facilitation and documentation in EHR.
  • Commitment to culturally sensitive education and safety.
  • MAADC credential preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present educational materials to clients in approved format.
  • Create a supportive, respectful learning environment.
  • Complete ongoing adult education training as scheduled.
  • Monitor client participation and communicate findings to the Clinical Team.
  • Document attendance, participation levels, and session summaries in the EHR.

This position is responsible for delivering education and providing supervision to clients/patients in a safe, therapeutic, and culturally sensitive environment.
