Job summary

Centerstone in Potosi, MO is seeking a Group Facilitator to support the Recovery team by delivering education to clients and supervising group sessions in a safe, therapeutic setting. The role requires presenting material clearly, maintaining cultural sensitivity, and documenting sessions in the EHR system.

Responsibilities include facilitating adult education, monitoring participation, and reporting to the Clinical Team while adhering to agency standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or GED with related experience as described.
  • Additional credential such as MAADC may be required.
  • Experience with documenting in an EHR system is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Educational group facilitation: present material clearly to clients in approved format.
  • Create a safe, respectful, culturally sensitive learning environment.
  • Complete ongoing adult education training as scheduled by supervisor.
  • Monitor client participation and report to the Clinical Team.
  • Document attendance, participation, session summaries in EHR.

  • Maintain regular attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for delivering education and providing supervision to clients/patients in a safe, therapeutic, and culturally sensitive environment.
