Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Group Facilitator in Potosi, MO to support the Clinical Team by delivering education and supervising clients in a safe, therapeutic environment. You will model appropriate behavior, lead group discussions, document sessions in the EHR, and ensure procedures align with agency policies.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, or a GED with two years’ related experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Educational group facilitation: prepare and present materials to clients.

• Complete adult education training as scheduled by supervisor.
• Monitor client participation and report to Clinical Team.
• Document attendance, participation, and session summaries in EHR.
• Adhere to agency policies and procedures; report threats immediately.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.
