Job summary

Strive Recovery in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a dedicated behavioral health professional to conduct skills and psychoeducational groups, helping clients develop healthy coping skills and recovery tools. You will collaborate with clinical staff to monitor client progress and escalate concerns as needed.

• Collaborate consistently with clinical staff to keep track of client challenges
• Escalate any significant client concerns to Clinical Director

Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADC) II and/orIII, or bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or Human Services required
• Min. one year experience in treatment industry preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
• Strong presence and sound judgement
• Warm, dignified and honest character that inspires trust and models recovery principles
