Job summary

Archstone Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, dependable Weekend Group Facilitator to support individuals in recovery by leading therapeutic and educational groups on weekends. This role emphasizes creating a safe, engaging group environment, maintaining professional boundaries, and collaborating with the treatment team to promote recovery-focused experiences.

Florida requirements and HIPAA guidelines must be followed.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating groups in a behavioral health, substance use, mental health, or related setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage clients in a respectful and therapeutic manner.
• Dependable and able to work independently on weekends.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Relevant education, certification, or licensure based on the type of groups being facilitated.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic and educational groups for clients on weekends.
