Job summary

Woodlands Rehab in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic and educational group sessions designed to promote growth, recovery, and wellness. The Group Facilitator is responsible for leading structured group sessions focused on treatment goals, life skills, relapse prevention, and personal development.

This role fosters a safe, supportive, and empowering group environment for participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field CDCA (required).
• Experience facilitating groups in behavioral health, substance use, or human services settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage group dynamics.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
• Reliable, organized and compassionate approach to client care.
