Job summary

PRATTVILLE CLUB 24 LLC in Prattville, AL, is seeking a proactive Group Fitness Manager/Instructor Coordinator to schedule and oversee live and virtual group exercise programs across club locations. The role requires Les Mills certification and leadership experience.

You will train and guide instructors through certification and class launches, conduct annual evaluations, manage promotions, and ensure facility standards. A high level of professionalism and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leading group fitness programming as an instructor.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within group fitness preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Les Mills certified in at least one area of group fitness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule live and virtual group exercise programming across club locations.
• Payroll responsibilities and knowledge of Les Mills programs.
• Guide instructors through certification, class launches, and promotions.

Job description

Reports to: Regional Group Exercise Manager or Director of Small Group Training & Group ExerciseDUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Scheduling live and virtual group exercise programming in assigned Club locations.Payroll, knowledge of all Les Mills programs; certified and experienced in teaching at least one Les Mills format.The ability/knowledge to guide an instructor through the certification process, class and launch promotion (social media, flyers, & interaction with the members).Conduct yearly evaluations for instructors; attend/participate in launches; coordinate and attend launch practices; create monthly schedule; maintain/monitor fitness room cleanliness; know/facility instructor guide/policy procedures; monitor absentees and no drama rule; working knowledge of all group X equipment (including stereo, microphone, virtual).Positive attitude and CLUB4 Fitness pride; no negative (or questionable) social media posts or pictures in a CLUB4 Fitness facility.No inappropriate attire or verbiage; must sign non-complete contract.Must work specifically designated hours weekly/monthly in the Club facility that does not include teaching classes.
