Job summary

280 CLUB 24 LLC is seeking a part-time Club Operations Coordinator in Inverness (Birmingham area). This role schedules live and virtual group fitness, oversees payroll duties, and guides instructor certifications and promotions across assigned clubs.

The position requires Les Mills certification, CPR/First Aid, a high school diploma, and strong customer-service and leadership skills. Must uphold CLUB4 Fitness standards and professional decorum in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Payroll duties and Les Mills program knowledge; certify in at least one format.
• Guide instructors through certification, class launches, and promotions.
• Conduct yearly instructor evaluations; manage launches; draft monthly schedules; ensure gym cleanliness; manage equipment.
• Maintain CLUB4 Fitness pride and professional conduct on social media.
• Enforce dress code and non-compete requirements.

Position Type: Part Time

Reports to: Regional Group Exercise Manager or Director of Small Group Training & Group Exercise

Duties

• Scheduling live and virtual group exercise programming in assigned Club locations.
• Payroll, knowledge of all Les Mills programs; certified and experienced in teaching at least one Les Mills format.
• The ability/knowledge to guide an instructor through the certification process, class and launch promotion (social media, flyers, & interaction with the members).
• Conduct yearly evaluations for instructors; attend/participate in launches; coordinate and attend launch practices; create monthly schedule; maintain/monitor fitness room cleanliness; know/facility instructor guide/policy procedures; monitor absentees and no drama rule; working knowledge of all group X equipment (including stereo, microphone, virtual).
• Positive attitude and CLUB4 Fitness pride; no negative (or questionable) social media posts or pictures in a CLUB4 Fitness facility.
• No inappropriate attire or verbiage; must sign non-complete contract.

Must work specifically designated hours weekly/monthly in the Club facility that does not include teaching classes. Work times must vary throughout the day.

Minimum certifications/education/experience level

• At least (2) years of previous experience leading specific group fitness programming as instructor.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within a group fitness environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Les Mills Certified in at least one area of group fitness programming provided in assigned Clubs.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
