Job summary

Club4Fitness is seeking a proactive Group Exercise professional to schedule and oversee live and virtual group classes across designated El Paso facilities.

You will ensure smooth programming, assist with instructor certifications, promotions, and launches while maintaining facility standards and member engagement. PT certification is preferred, and hours vary weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in group fitness and/or small group training.
• Knowledge of Les Mills programs and ability to guide instructors through certification.
• Scheduling live and virtual group exercise programming in club locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule live and virtual group exercise programming in assigned Club locations.
• Maintain and monitor fitness room and equipment usage.
• Conduct instructor evaluations and assist with promotions/launches.
• Coordinate class launches and social media promotion with members.
• Ensure adherence to dress code and facility policies.

Job description

Reports to: Regional Group Exercise Manager or Director of Small Group Training & Group ExerciseDUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Scheduling live and virtual group exercise programming in assigned Club locations.Payroll, knowledge of all Les Mills programs; certified and experienced in teaching at least one Les Mills format.The ability/knowledge to guide an instructor through the certification process, class and launch promotion (social media, flyers, & interaction with the members).Conduct yearly evaluations for instructors; attend/participate in launches; coordinate and attend launch practices; create monthly schedule; maintain/monitor fitness room cleanliness; know/facility instructor guide/policy procedures; monitor absentees and no drama rule; working knowledge of all group X equipment (including stereo, microphone, virtual).Positive attitude and CLUB4 Fitness pride; no negative (or questionable) social media posts or pictures in a CLUB4 Fitness facility.No inappropriate attire or verbiage; must sign non-complete contract.Must work specifically designated hours weekly/monthly in the Club facility that does not include teaching classes. Work times must vary throughout the day.PT Cert preferred, but not required.Social media experience preferred.Must have experience in group fitness and/or small group training.
