Qualifications

• Design, conduct, and implement safe and effective group exercise classes.
• Provide CPR/First Aid in medical emergencies.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned exercise classes and ensure they start and end on time.
• Communicate with members regarding the Group Exercise program.
• Develop relationships with members and provide encouragement.

Skills

Knowledge of designing, conducting, and implementing safe and effective group exercise classes

Knowledge of general health and wellness

Experience in health/fitness field

Education

High school diploma or GED

CPR/AED and First Aid

Certification in specialty group exercise format
