Job summary

Freedom Leisure invites applications for a Group Exercise Instructor to deliver engaging, safe, and enjoyable fitness classes. You will work with the fitness team to ensure attendees get the best possible experience and support a varied class programme.

We are looking for a Group Exercise Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attending are getting the best from our classes, in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. We are looking for a real people person, who is a team player, as you will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme.

We also welcome applications from passionate Instructors who can bring something new to the programme. Our key focus is to ensure our employees and customers to have the best experience possible, So if this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.

• Nationally recognised group exercise qualification however Les Mills training can be provided*
• Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
• Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
• To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
