The Group Ex Instructor will be responsible for instructing group training classes in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that welcomes people of all skill and fitness levels.
Elite Group Exercise is a group-training program that delivers the best in fitness workouts – Strength training, Stability training, and Balance training .
Required certifications: Area of Expertise, CPR, First Aid, AED, national certification (ACSM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA, NASM, NESTA, NETA, NPTI, NSCA) in personal training
1 year of experience teaching group wellness classes is preferred, not required
Proven knowledge of exercise science, movement coaching, and movement competency
Completion of YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification within 60 days of hire
