Walmart's Sam's Club Technology division seeks a Group Director, Tech Strategy, PMO & Ops to shape strategic execution plans, align cross-functional goals, and support the CTO. You will partner with leaders across product, engineering, finance and operations to drive initiatives at scale.

You will lead a high-performing team, make data-driven decisions, manage global staffing plans, and scale strategies across geographies while engaging senior leadership for buy-in.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Translate business strategy into scalable, simple processes.
• Proven ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic aptitude with ability to define roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategy and execution for Sam's Club technology.
• Support the CTO with executive updates for Walmart and Sam’s Club C-Suite.
• Gather requirements, analyze data, plan milestones, and draft plans.
• Drive cross-functional projects with sales, operations, finance and product teams to solve problems at scale.
• Engage with Sam’s Club leadership to gain buy-in on proposed strategies.
