Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Horsham, PA seeks a Group Director for Real World Value and Evidence (RWV&E) – Immunology. Lead US RWE research strategy, design studies, manage publications, and ensure compliant communication for in-line and pipeline products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate RWE into value propositions, and guide scientific planning in alignment with IE Generation Plan. Travel up to 20% nationally as required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD/PharmD preferred with health economics or related methods.
• Minimum 7+ years of research experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Expertise in healthcare reimbursement, economic evaluations or PROs.

Responsibilities

• Lead US real-world evidence research strategy and execution for the portfolio.
• Integrate RWE/market access scientific support into US value propositions.
• Align projects with strategic imperatives and IE Generations Plan; ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal/external experts to generate rigorous data and dissemination plans.
• Ensure compliance with US regulatory, legal, and commercial requirements.
