Walmart is seeking a Group Director of Product Management to define the future of advertising in an agentic world. You will own the long-term strategy for Agentic Advertising, shaping how brands participate in AI-powered commerce across Walmart and partner ecosystems.

This role demands turning emerging AI and agent tech into scalable customer experiences and new business models. You will lead the development of new advertising products for Walmart’s agentic surfaces, including Sparky, and ensure

Formación

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 15 years’ experience in product management.
• Option 2: 17 years’ experience in product management or related area.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related area and 14 years’ experience as a product manager.

Responsabilidades

• Define the future of advertising in an agentic world.
• Develop the long-term product vision and strategy for Agentic Advertising.
• Lead the development of new advertising products for Walmart’s agentic surfaces (e.g., Sparky).
• Partner with teams to design advertising alongside the organic experience from the start.
• Define APIs, platforms, and ecosystem interactions for agentic advertising.
